A Castle Creation

The battlements are armed and the curtain wall created as the Gruffalos' castle is really taking shape.

Tomorrow the children will be looking to build defences for the entrance to the castle. They will need to build a portcullis and drawbridge.

Wow, how exciting, a knight came to meet the Y2s today. It was very interesting finding out about all the different plates of armour needed in battle. Thank you Mr Nightingale!
